He was predeceased by: his parents, Weldon Poarch and Hazel Poarch (Cross); and his siblings, Valgean Poarch, Bob Poarch, Kenneth Poarch, W. E. Poarch Jr., Patricia Franks and Billie Felton.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Humphrey; his sons, Phillip Poarch (Malynda) of Greenville and Paul Poarch (Kelly) of Dallas; his grandchildren, Grace Marks, Charlee Poarch and Everly Poarch; and his siblings, Wilba Koetter, Eloise Espy, Carol Wright, Jodene Carter, Anita Reeder, Charlie Poarch and Gerald Poarch.
