It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jerry Alford of Pickton, Texas, born in Sulphur Springs, Texas, who passed away on July 6, 2020, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Bennett Alford and Clara Harrellson Alford; his wife Julie Alford; and his brothers, Truman Alford, Harvey Alford and Leo Alford.
He is survived by: his sons, Richard Alford (Laura) of Mt. Vernon and Shannon Alford (Lorelei) of Gilmer; and his grandchildren, Alexander Alford, Amber Alford, Colten Hinson and Corelee Hinson.
