He was predeceased by: his mother Rebecca Chapa; and his brother Hector Chapa Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Samantha Chapa (Anthony Silva), Sixto Chapa Jr. and Britney Chapa; his father Hector Chapa; and his siblings, Ruben Chapa, Dolores Gomez, George Chapa, David Chapa and Mary Lujan.
