He was predeceased by: his daughters, Dolores Garcia and Ana Luisa Rodriguez. He is survived by: his wife Beatriz Rodriguez; and his children, Consuelo Angulo (Carlos), Gabriela Maldonado, Ruperto Martin Rodriguez (Elsa), Juan Manuel Rodriguez (Nadia), Noel Rodriguez (Annamarie) and Abel Rodriguez. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; numerous extended family.

Due to the pandemic everyone is required to wear a face mask and practice social distancing.
