He was predeceased by: his parents, Ramon Gomez and Dolores Gomez; and his sisters, Bonifacia Lozano, Juanita Vasquez and Ofelia Salinas.
He is survived by: his wife Juanita Gomez; his children, Laura Luna (Miguel), Janie Gomez, Jessica Corona (Joseph), Sasha Alanis (Jose) and Rogelio Gomez Jr. (Rubi); and his brother Ramon Gomez (Deyanira).
