He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Harris and Anne Harris. He is survived by: his wife Gloria A. Harris; his children, Phillip Harris and Tommie Harris; his brother Jay Harris; his niece Amanda Harris; and his great-nieces, Addison Salazar and Avery Salazar. He is also survived by his wife, children and brother.

The family requests that in lieu of flowers to please make a donation to the charity of your choice.
