He was predeceased by: his parents, Pablo Garza and Anita Garza; his siblings, Medardo Garza, Rene Garza and Elevinia Gonzalez; and his siblings-in-law, Octaviano Gonzalez and Lydia Garza.
He is survived by: his children, Maria C. Torres (Javier), Elizabeth G. Morales (Jose), Paula G. Abrego (Roy), Pablo Garza III (Socorro) and Gilbert Garza (Teresa); his grandchildren, Jessica, Sylvia, Randy, Patricia, Amanda, Andrew, Veronica, Antonio, Nathaniel, Donovan, Mark, Ashley and Lauren; his great grandchildren, Daniel, Jacob, Leilani, Arianna, Juliana, Ryan, Cecilia, Casey, James Jr., Alessandra, Eliyah, Alyssa, Alessandria, Tristan, Alani, Jordan, Ethan, Autumn, Christian and Addie; and his brother Ricardo Garza (May). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
