He is survived by: his children, Nkiru Ibegbu, Omenanwata Emetam Chukwuma, Nkem Azikiwe, Chike Azikiwe, Nonso Azikiwe, Uche Azikiwe and Nkechi Adeyeye; and his siblings, Victoria Nwando Obiozo, Elizabeth Obiaka Okocha, Akunne Aniralumnwa Azikiwe, Nnanyelugo Nwaobuora Azikiwe and Obiageli Azikiwe. He is also survived by his 14 grandchildren; his countless of brothers and sisters, and many more family and friends.
