He is survived by: his wife Angelica Montaño; his children, Martin Montaño (Esther), Angelica Montaño, Basilio Montaño (Elizabeth), Edylfonso "Eddie" Montaño (Sandra Martinez), Imelda Montaño, Janet Montaño and Margarito Montaño; and his brothers, Edylfonso Montaño (Emma), Manuel Montaño (Leticia) and Basilio Montaño. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
