Maria Del Soccorro Borrego Obituary

We are sad to announce that on November 16, 2024, at the age of 79, Maria Del Soccorro Borrego (Pharr, Texas) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Maria Del Soccorro leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.

She is survived by: her husband Hector Borrego; and her sons, Hector E. Borrego (Guadalupe), David Borrego (Stephanie) and Daniel Borrego (Jennifer). She is also survived by 6 grandkids as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Ceballos-Diaz Funeral Home (322 E Kuhn St, Edinburg, TX 78541). A prayer will be held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Palm Valley Memorial Cemetery (4607 N Sugar Rd, Pharr, TX 78577).
