He was predeceased by: his parents, Marcos Garcia and Petra Garcia; and his siblings, Angel Garcia, Margarita Vargas, Angela Chapa and Marcos Garcia.
He is survived by: his wife Melida Garcia; his children, Hector A. Garcia (Nora), Mirtha N. Jimenez (Carlos), Sandra I. Gonzalez (Michael) and Julissa Y. Ruiz (Enrique); and his sisters, Imelda Lozano and Teresa Chavana. He is also survived by eight grandkids; many more extended family and friends.
