He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Leland and Mildred Leota Weeks (Forman); his son Chip Weeks; and his granddaughter Kelly Len Nafus (Brady). He is survived by: his wife Kim (Brelje); his pet Sir Bentley; his stepchildren, Miquette Bethke (Mark) and Derek Burmeister (Kristy Naegely); and his children, Cindi Lee Shannon (Steve), Wende Coenen (Ron), Karen Jones, Keila Krohn (Norris), Connie Salamone (Dan), Bradley Tometich (Corinne), Brenton Tometich (Barb) and Jeanne.
Memorials may be given in memory of Keith to Kiya Koda Humane Society in Indianola, Iowa for their new facility.
