It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Isidoro Cervantes of Pharr, Texas, who passed away on December 14, 2024, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Maria Guadalupe Cervantes; and his daughter Ana Elizabeth Ceja. He is survived by: his children, Ismael Cervantes (Angelica) of Pharr, Ruben Cervantes (Idalia Edith) of Pharr, Misael Cervantes (Elizabeth) of Pharr, Isidoro Cervantes (Cristy) of Edinburg, Maria Guadalupe Castaneda (Gerardo) of Gainesville, Olga Lydia Flores (Manuel De Jesus) of Port Arthur, Miguel Cervantes of Reynosa, Juan Gabriel Cervantes (Maria Del Rosario) of South Bend and Moises Cervantes (Ruth) of San Juan; and his siblings, Silvano Cervantes of Reynosa, Mexico, Maria Cervantes of Reynosa and San Juana Chavez of Sioux City, Nebraska.. He is also survived by 30 Grandchildren; seven great- grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Memorial Funeral Home - San Juan (311 E Expressway 83, San Juan, TX 78589). A prayer was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Palm Valley Memorial Gardens (4607 N Sugar Rd, Pharr, TX 78577).
