He was predeceased by: his parents, Simon and Tomasa. He is survived by: his wife Maria Librada; his children, Rosa Maria Salinas Martinez, Horacio Salinas Jr., Marta Salinas Martinez, Maria Blanca Salinas and Inez Salinas Martinez; and his grandchildren, Esteban, Angie, Orlando, Fabian, Simon, Elizabeth, Irvin, Anthony, Betcy, Deicy and Jonathan. He is also survived by nineteen great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
