He is survived by: his children, Mario Cesar Salinas (Alicia), Hermilo Jr. Salinas (Esmeralda) and Fernando Salinas (Eloise). He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; two sisters; three brothers; many extended family and friends.
