She is survived by: her husband Raúl Alberto Ruiz; her sons, Héctor Ruiz, Raúl Alberto Ruiz, Jr. and Eduardo Ruiz (Lalo); her grandchildren, Stephanie Ruiz, Samantha Ruiz, Hector Ruiz Jr. and Carissa Ruiz; her great grandchild José Antonio Compeán Jr.; and her siblings, Frank Lara, Benita Luna and Juanita Betancourt.
