He was predeceased by: his mother Janie Contreras; and his grandparents, Enrique and Lidia L. Hernandez. He is survived by: his daughter Tabitha Cortina; his siblings, Christine and Stephan Contreras; and his father Frank Contreras Sr.. He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
