He is survived by: his wife Yolanda Salinas; his children, Xavier Salinas (Mirna) of San Juan, Edna Schroeder (Chris) of Fort Worth and Myra Salinas of San Antonio; his grandchildren, Yolanda Renee, Jade Catherine, Charles Timothy, Avery Elizabeth and Olivia Isabella; and his siblings, Rene Francisco Salinas, Fernando Salinas, Humberto Salinas, Ernesto Salinas, Rosa Maria Shannon, Dahlia Reyes and Criselda Vela. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
