He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonio Sandoval and Martha Sandoval (Garza). He is survived by: his former wife Maria Teresa Rivera; his wife Pharr of Texas; his sons, Jose Antonio Sandoval, Gilberto Sandoval (Isabel) and Felipe Sandoval (Lourdes); his sister Herminia Sandoval; his daughter-in-law Celia Sandoval; and his grandchildren, Benita, Krystal, Maria, Vanessa, Samantha, Kristopher and Xavier.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and keeping with social distancing orders, all necessary restrictions will be observed in order to protect the health and safety of those in attendance.
