He was predeceased by: his parents, Federico Sandoval and Anita Sandoval; and his siblings, Leonel Sandoval, Artemio Sandoval (Magala), Audomaro Sandoval (Berta), Aurora Contreras (Carlos), Soila Rodriguez (Richard) and Bridget Sandoval.
He is survived by: his wife Armandina "Dina" Sandoval; his children, Fred Sandoval (Mytla), Art Sandoval (Michele) and Anita Sandoval; and his brother Rene Sandoval (Minerva). He is also survived by four grandchildren.
