He is survived by: his wife Teresa Palacios of Pharr; his children, Aileen Palacios of Pharr, Daniel Erasmo Palacios of Pharr, Cynthia Palacios of Dallas, Leonel Palacios of Pharr, Ezekiel Palacios of Pharr, Cassandra Palacios of Seattle, WA, Bonnie Lee Palacios of San Juan, Juan Palacios of Minnesota and Ruben Ibarra of Pharr; his grandchildren, Daniel Palacios Jr., Elizabeth Palacios, Matthew Palacios, Clarissa Palacios, Isabel Palacios, Melissa Palacios, Julian Hernandez, Leonel Palacios Jr., Sergio Palacios, Richard Palacios, Leroy Palacios, Yulissa Palacios, Vanessa Palacios, Rey Palacios, Ezayah Palacios and Ezetla Palacios; his great grandchildren, Kathleen Palacios, Vincent Palacios, Joe Bryant Palacios, Celine Cantu and Daniela Palacios; and his siblings, Ernesto Palacios Jr., Luis Palacios, Carolina Sanchez, America Stewart, Teresa Cavazos, Magdalena Pena and Marissa Soto.
