She was predeceased by: her children, Ramiro Echazarreta and Teresa Echazarreta; and her parents, Jesus Leal Ayala and Josefina Santana Leal. She is survived by: her children, Rebecca Echazarreta, Mary Echazarreta Chavez (Alfredo), Ramona Echazarreta, Ruby Echazarreta, Jose Romulo Echazarreta (Josette) and Rafael Echazarreta (Ludy); and her sister Margarita Leal. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
