She is survived by: her children, Odilia Martinez of Pharr, Delia Alaniz (Rolando) of Palmhurst, Ricardo Garza (Annette) of Poteet, TX, Matias Garza Jr. (Yolanda) of Los Banos, CA, Gumesindo Garza (Sol) of Bloomington, CA and Francisco Garza (Melissa) of Alton; and her siblings, Lionel Avila of Merced, CA, Francisco Avila of Pharr and Adela Torres of Pharr. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren.
