She was predeceased by: her parents, Luis Flores and Beatrice Flores (Wilson); and her brothers, Ray Louis Flores and Benny Flores. She is survived by: her husband Bill C. Gallegos; her daughters, Jo Ann Gallegos Towle and Sandra Gallegos Valdez; her grandchildren, Alisha Valdez Luna, Christopher Lance Towle (Cristina), Erik Andrew Valdez and Amanda Rae Towle; her great grandchild London Grace Luna; and her sister Becky Hernandez.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Funeral Home (14501 N Interstate Hwy 35, Austin, TX 78753). A prayer was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Albert the Great Catholic Church (12041 Bittern Hollow, Austin, TX 78758).
