Kara Michele Mangum Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kara Michele Mangum in Pflugerville, Texas, who passed away on July 11, 2023 at the age of 54. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her parents, Jim Best and Karie Best; her husband Matt Mangum; her children, Noah and Micah; her sister Deena Lyssy; her brother-in-law Dennis of Abilene; her nieces and nephews, Kayla (Chris) and Krysta; her sisters, Amanda Esquivel (Tommy) of Moncks Corner, SC, Laura Moore (Michael) of Beaufort, SC and Deborah Bannan (Stewart) of Tyler, TX.; and her mother-in-law Sarah Mangum. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles.

Memorials may be made in honor of Michele Best Mangum to Hospice Austin Christopher House, or to Parkway Bible in Pflugerville.
