She was predeceased by: her parents, Ed Kunshick and Johanna Cordes Kunshick; her husband Bobby Edward Smith of Windfall; and her sisters, Edna Gorubec and Edlen Bunnell.

She is survived by: her son Darryl Edward Smith of Pflugerville; her granddaughter Katheryn D. Smith of Pflugerville; and her great grandchildren, Emily Ann Crawford, Matthew Wells Crawford and Adam Edward Crawford.
