With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Frances Neal (Pflugerville, Texas), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her husband Donald Neal; her sister Ruby McMillin; and her parents, Morris Aubrey and Fern Walden. She is survived by: her son Russell Neal; her daughter-in-law Kim Neal; her son Bryan Neal; her daughter-in-law Carol Neal; and her grandchildren, Tyson Neal, Fernando Nieri, Kate Neal, Adrianne Hobby, Josh Hobby, David Neal, Taylor Neal, Amy Gilbert and Griffin Gilbert. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
