He is survived by: his wife Waltraud Haywood; his son Richard Bolz (Kendra Porter) of Salado, Texas; and his siblings, Kenneth Haywood (Sharon) of Elgin, Texas and Laverne Haywood of Austin, Texas.. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
