She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Davis Sr. and Pinkie Lucile Allen Davis; her husband Everett Stowers; her sister Alleen Campbell; and her niece Patricia Ann Davis.

She is survived by: her sons, Everett (Linda) of San Antonio, George, Lorenzo of Austin and Charles (Paulette) of Pflugerville, Texas; her grandchildren, Pearl, Alberta of Pflugerville, Texas, Casandra Thompson and Tiffany Thompson Fowler (Rashaad); her great grandchildren, Mika'el "Michael", Tira and Tamira; and her sister-in-law Margaret Fresch Davis. She is also survived by grand-children and great-grandchildren along with many nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
