She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Kubacak and Mary Kubacak (Smajstrla); her husband Johnny L. Recek; and her siblings, Raymond Sr., George, Frank Kubacak and Irene Devers.
She is survived by: her children, Mark Recek of Pflugerville, Mike Recek of Pflugerville and Melissa Sefcik (Bubba) of Ross; her grandchildren, Luke Sefcik (Sydnee) of West and Leia Chupik (Tiger) of West; her great grandchild Finley Rei Chupik; and her siblings, Charles Kubacak Sr. (Rose) and Lucille Uptmore. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the West Volunteer Ambulance Association.
