Tommy Templeton Obituary

TOMMY CHARLES TEMPLETON, 48, of Petty, left this life to be with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ at his home on Monday August 16, 2010. Following cremation arrangements by Starrrett Funeral Home, the family will conduct a private memorial service at a later date. Tommy was born March 11, 1962 in Paris, a son of Bill and Hazel Hill Templeton.

He served in the U.S. Army for twelve years, where he earned a Purple Heart. He worked as a nurse at Paris Health Care Center, and for several other facilities in Paris for the past twenty-four years. He married his loving wife Angela Carrell on March 18, 2002 in Arkansas. Tommy was preceded in death by his parents and by a brother.

Survivors include his wife Angela; a son, Stephen Bryan Allen, of Paris; a daughter, Jessica Nicole Fisher and husband Jarvis, of Paris; four grandchildren, Landan Allen, Jesse Allen, Alexis Miller, and Kessyn Fisher; two brothers, Donald Templeton and Bobby Templeton; and three sisters, Carolyn Frank, Alice McCoin and Mary Betty.
