He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Hilliard and Frances Hilliard; his daughter Amber Nicole; and his sister Janice Brown of Tyler. He is survived by: his siblings, Jimmy Hilliard of Springtown, Larry Hilliard of Petty Texas, Brenda Holman, Cindy Allen of Paris and Shelly McCloud of Sumner, Texas.; his significant other Donna Hilliard; his daughters, Brandy Hilliard and Misti; his son-in-law Dustin Leonard of Eagletown; and his grandchildren, Madison Gregg, Barrett Leonard, Addison and Westin Leonard. He is also survived by friends, nieces, and nephews.
