He is survived by: his wife Teresa Montez; his children, Valerie Chapa Trevino, Taylor of Pettus and Jason Chapa of Pettus; his siblings, Lorraine Chapa of Austin, Tammy Chapa of Victoria, Ricardo Chapa (Brenda) of Corpus Christi, Ray Chapa (Aida) of Dilley and Jose Chapa (Jo Ann) of Odem; his brothers-in-law, Lorenzo Torres and Eustacio Chapa; his grandchildren, Brittany Treviño, Darrenger Lile, Leigha Treviño, Robert Michael Treviño, Jaydin Chapa, Jayzlin Chapa and Jenna Chapa; and his great grandchild Jai Nicole Chapa. He is also survived by family members and dear friends.
