He was predeceased by: his parents, Pedro Rios and Rafaela Rios; and his father-in-law Sebastian Alejandro. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Rios; his daughters, Jenelle Rios and Amanda Steele (Christopher Cardenas); his stepson Jonathan Garza (Debra); his godson Ruben Garza II (Rissy); his siblings, Robert Rios (Marcy), Freddy Rios (Becky), Pedro Rios III, Yolanda Garcia and Cynthia Ann Anderson (Rodney); and his mother-in-law Erlinda Alejandro. He is also survived by his nine grandchildren along with a host of relatives and friends.
