He is survived by: the mother of his children Rosa L. Prieto; his children, Jaime Prieto Jr., Lisa Marie Prieto and Selena Suzette Prieto; his daughter-in-law Mary Davila; his grandchildren, Alex Xavier Prieto, Brayden Prieto, Jasalin Nevaeh Garza and Leilani Prieto; and his siblings, Esteban Prieto (Minerva), Angel Prieto (Francisca), Juan Prieto Sr. and Adela Juare (Jaime).
Due to the COVID-19 a private burial will be held for the immediate family only with Deacon Roger Rosenbaum officiating at Beeville Memorial Park.
