He was predeceased by: his parents, Jose Sanchez and Pilar Gonzales Sanchez; his former wives, Estella Garza Sanchez and Josefina Montez Sanchez; his sons, Joe Manuel Sanchez, Ronnie Reynaldo Sanchez (Mary) and Rene Sanchez; and his siblings, Petra, Margarita, Nicolasa, Christina, Darias, Theodoro and Ubaldo "Chole".
He is survived by: his children, Barbara Rivera (Allen) of Victoria, Susana Rodriguez (Francisco) of Corpus Christi, Esther Norman (David) of Pettus and Regino Alcario Sanchez (Sylvia) of Runge. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 38 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM. A prayer was held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Eckols Funeral Home Chapel (420 W Live Oak St, Kenedy, TX 78119). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
