She was predeceased by: her parents, Jo Smith and Ewing Smith; her son Jimmy; her siblings, Sharon and Freddie; and her grandson Scooter.
She is survived by: her children, Tracy (Michelle Keen) of Miami Texas, Tammy (Henry Ruetzel) of Petrolia, Tabetha (David Payne) of Petrolia and Toby Ice of Gainsville, TX; and her caregiver Dianna Kestler. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
In Lieu of flowers the family asked to make a donation in her name to Healing Hands Hospice of Wichita Falls Texas.
