He is survived by: his wife Mary Lois Schaffner August; his sons, Howard Scott Overstreet (Susan) of Waurika and Carter Bradley Overstreet (Gaye) of Petrolia; his stepchildren, John Schaffner of Petrolia, Angela Schaffner of Petrolia and Shelia Schaffner of Wichita Falls; his sister Jo Ellen Walker of Petrolia; his grandchildren, Mary, Nathan and Kassey Schaffner; his nephew Steven Loyd Kirk of Henrietta; and his niece Shelley Marie Welch (Kirk) of Wichita Falls. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.
