She is survived by: her parents, Gene Hawkins and Louise Hawkins of Lubbock; her grandchild Dr. Pepper; her husband John Horn of Petersburg; her son Jeff Horn of Petersburg; and her grandchildren, Grant Horn, Gage Horn, Gavin Horn, Ella Ratliff, Jake Ratliff and Nolan Ratliff.
