He is survived by: his spouse Josie Benitez; his children, Faustino Sanchez, Jr., Elizabeth Sanchez, Flora Ramirez of Lubbock and Norma Sanchez of San Antonio; and his siblings, Erlinda Markee of Evansville, IN, Sandra McCallister of Madera, CA, Gilbert Kennedy (Teresa Sanchez) of Harlingen and Lollie Kennedy of Harlingen.
