He is survived by: his father Wavel Keith Millsap of Corpus Christi, Texas; his children, Kathryn Sue Millsap of Pampa, Texas, Gary Phoenix Millsap of Pampa, Texas and Kayden Henry Smith of Pampa, Texas; and his sister Meloni Meller (Roger) of Pampa.
