She is survived by: her husband Terry Dean (Cheesy); her children, Tracey Dawn Smith (Bob) of Russell, Holly Belle Leal (Mike) of Amarillo and Randall David Dean (Kelly) of Perryton; her grandchildren, Courtney Smith, Remington Smith of Russell, KS, Alden Leal of Amarillo, TX and Elgin Leal of Amarillo, TX; and her sisters, Stacy Clem (David) of Springfield, MO and Dee Yeager of Bakersfield, CA..
The family suggests memorials be made in her name to St. Jude's Children's Hospital, PO Box 1000, Dept 142, Memphis, Tn 38148-0142 or one's favorite charity.
