He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Leroy and Lovis Ruby Pointer (Roy); and his brother Ray Pointer. He is survived by: his wife Janye Todd Helton; his children, Suzanne Pointer of Oklahoma City, OK, Michael Pointer (Jalane) of Paris, TX, Tammy Bush (Ryan) of Keller, TX and Todd Helton of Weatherford, OK; his grandchildren, Brady Pointer, Zac, Maddie Pointer, Macie Pointer, Hutton Pointer, Oliver Pointer, Trent Holbert, Tate, Courtney Holbert, Caleb, Hallye Quinn, Kennedie Helton and Ireland Helton; and his great grandchildren, Holden Quinn and Kyler Quinn.
