She was predeceased by: her parents, Jim Helmuth and Donna Hart Helmuth; and her husband Jerry Duane Wells. She is survived by: her children, Ryan Wells (Audra) of Spearman, Texas and Keidi Mull (Jimmy) of Guymon, Oklahoma; and her brother Jerry Helmuth of Follett, Texas. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
