He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Smith and May Lee Smith; and his siblings, Gary Smith and Connie Weis. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Richburg; and his children, Misty Dollar (Brad), Brenna Vela (Noon), Chandra Bailey (Jonathan) and Kade Smith (Erin).
