He was predeceased by: his parents, Jewell Scoggin and Rose Scoggin (Brawdy); his wife Mickey Scoggin (Henderson); his son Billy Scoggin; his grandson Mark Emrick; and his brothers, Junior Scoggin, Joe Scoggin and JB Scoggin.
He is survived by: his daughter Tammy Werner (Scoggin) of Larned; his siblings, Jerry Farrar of May Pearl and Estelline Scoggin of Achille; his grandchildren, Kenneth, Kristin Scoggin of Prince George, Chris Emrick of Colorado Springs, Erin, Caulan Brooks of Jacksonville, NC, Julie and Clint Gavigan of Colorado Springs; and his great grandchildren, Jake Scoggin, Sundai Gavigan, Madison Gavigan, Hunter Emrick, Samantha Emrick and Erik Emrick.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be sent in his name to Ochiltree Lodge #910 Scholarship Fund, PO Box 113, Perryton, Tx 79070.
