He was predeceased by: his parents, Keith William Patterson and Marilyn Elaine Franco; his son Joseph Lee Patterson; and his sister Marla Hornsby. He is survived by: his son Wesley Patterson (Christina Lewellen) of Tuscola; his siblings, Mark Patterson, Patti Beard (Andrew), Joe Patterson, Kim Schroeder (Jason), Cameron Simpson and Alana Mowry; and his grandchildren, Jake and Victoria Arispe. He is also survived by 12 nieces and nephews; and 24 great-nieces and nephews.
