It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of James Frederick Stute (Perryton, Texas), who passed away on April 10, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto A. F. Stute and Myrtle Stute (Barker); his wife Lucille; his daughter Sharon Griffith (Stute); and his brother Dewayne.
He is survived by: his daughter Karen Jines (Lanny Jines) of South Charleston, Ohio; his son-in-law Steven Griffith of Azle, TX; his grandchildren, Kelly Jines-Storey (Blake), Traci McCubbin (Craig), Melissa Ashford (Daryl) and Steven Griffith, Jr. (Anna); his great grandchildren, Nola, Marra, Gaius, Arya, Alexander, Elizabeth, Cameron, Caleb and Olivia; and his great great grandchild Harper.
Friends are encouraged to gather at the cemetery but remain in their vehicles out of respect for the family and the COVID-19 restrictions.
The family suggests memorials be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or a favorite charity.
