He was predeceased by: his wife Gladys; and his siblings, Floyd Looney and Jeanette Looney. He is survived by: his brother Haskell; his sons, Anthony Glen (Cindy) and Michael James Looney (Carol); his grandchildren, Angie Ritchie, Grant Looney, Michelle Looney and Robert Looney; and his great grandchildren, Hunter, Blake Ritchie, Brooklyn Looney, Hattie, Anne and Abigail Looney.
