He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Hale and Ivy Hale (Lard); his wife Freda Malone of Stratford, Texas.; and his siblings, Paul Hale, Henry Hale and Betty.
He is survived by: his son Darrell Wade; his grandchildren, Bryce Hale (Brooke) of Perryton, TX, Erin Dear (Cuyler) of San Antonio, TX, Zac Kile (Casey) of Midland, TX, Courtney Roberts (Jay) of Edmond, OK and Kyler Hale (Amanda) of Amarillo, TX; and his sister Harriett Conner of Perryton, TX.. He is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren.
